Saugeen Shores opened its doors in 2018 with the vision of helping as many people as possible. The mission of Saugeen Shores Fitness is to implement our fitness modalities in the community of Saugeen Shores to help people move better and experience a better quality of life through exercise, nutrition and healthy lifestyle choices.
The gym is built on the community of athletes, dedicated coaches and families that train together to build a strong Fitness community.

Our Community

The Saugeen Shores Fitness community is about the smiles, the encouragement, the cheers, the congratulations on getting that PR, learning a new skill, or even something outside of the gym like buying a house, or getting engaged.
